This course provides focused training for staff members working inside customers homes. It ensures they have the knowledge and skills to protect themselves and the customer from infection with COVID-19.

After completing the course an on-site team member will commit to a number of items ensuring the protection of themselves, the customer and the business brand.

  • Basic Scripting of how to respond to situations

Upon completion of this course and passing the required testing a Certificate is provided which can be given to a customer prior to an in-home appointment to reduce any anxiety a customer may feel.

Owners & Senior Managers

This course provides training and material for owners and senior managers of businesses within the blinds, awnings, curtains and security screen industries where much of the staff interaction occurs within the customer’s homes.

It ensures Owners & Managers have the same knowledge and skills as the in-home staff training package but also includes extra content, checklists and marketing materials which may assist in gaining customer confidence.

  • Basic staff scripting ideas for onsite staff
