It is up to us to take steps to help customers feel safe in their own homes. If they don’t, they won’t let us in to do our work.
As such YOUR HOUSE YOUR SAFETY have developed a safety selector that either management or the customer can use to guide on-site staff on their expectations.
By allowing the customer to be in charge of their choice it removes the sense of uncertainty which they may feel prior to an appointment. No customer wants to start an interaction with a business by asking them to put on PPE.
